What it is for
For a video, a class, a product demo or a voice message, when you can't or don't want to record yourself. Some people also listen to their own writing to find heavy sentences.
The voice is made with AI, not by a person. If your text is in English, translation and voice happen in one go.
Step by step
Nothing is taken from your balance until you press start.
- Log in and open the Persian voice tool.
- Type or paste the text and say whether it is Persian or English.
- Pick a voice and hear its sample first.
- Pick a mood, such as calm, formal or energetic.
- See the price and press start.
- Read the final Persian text, fix anything, and approve.
- Download the MP3.
How English text becomes Persian
English text is translated into Persian first. You see and correct the Persian before the audio is made, which happens only after you approve. Persian text is read as written.
The translation is done by machine. For formal or published use, read the Persian carefully: changing it after the audio is made means making new audio.
Preparing the text
Text written for reading isn't always good for listening. A few tips:
- Keep sentences short.
- Use full stops and commas; they mark the pauses.
- Write numbers, dates and symbols the way they should be read.
- Write foreign names in Persian if you want a Persian pronunciation.
- Rewrite headings, lists and notes in brackets so they make sense when heard.
Choosing a voice and its mood
There are several female and male voices, and you hear a short sample of each before anything is made.
The mood sets the tone: for example neutral, friendly, formal, calm, energetic or serious. The mood doesn't change the price.
Limits and cost
Up to 20,000 characters at a time; send longer text in parts. The output is an MP3 file.
The cost is per minute of audio produced. The price shows as you type and you see it before you start. A little more than the estimate is held, to leave room for the text growing in translation and edits. The final amount follows the real audio length, and whatever isn't used goes back to your balance.
If you make the text much longer while editing, you may need to shorten it to fit the held amount. If you don't approve the text within three days, the job is cancelled and the amount goes back to your balance.
Listen before you use it
Listen to the whole file once, especially before publishing. A word may be read wrong or a pause may fall in the wrong place. New audio costs again, so read the text carefully before you approve.
